Oh Snap! Kering's Shares Take a Dive!
Alright Earthlings Captain Marvel here reporting live from... well not space this time but the stock market. Turns out even *I* can't fly over economic downturns! Kering the big boss behind Gucci took a nosedive after revealing their first quarter sales were lower than a Skrull's disguise skills. Down 14%! Looks like even *fashion* isn't immune to a little cosmic turbulence.
Gucci Gucci Goo Gone!
Gucci the golden goose (or should I say the golden… loafer?) of the Kering empire saw sales plummet 25%. Ouch! That's a bigger drop than when I accidentally super speed through a buffet line. They're trying a turnaround but so far it's looking less like a power up and more like a power outage. Time to call in the style Avengers maybe?
Market Mayhem: It's Not Just Kree It's Everybody!
It's not just Kering feeling the heat. Other luxury titans like Richemont LVMH and Hermes are also seeing red. Looks like the whole high end fashion galaxy is facing a gravitational pull towards… well less money. Maybe they need a cosmic reset button or perhaps just a really good sale?
Asia's Got the 'Fluence'!
Turns out Asia once a major cash cow for these brands is feeling a bit… moo dy. Sales in Asia dropped a whopping 25%! North America and Europe aren't doing much better either. Someone get me my energy absorbers; I need to soak up all this negative retail energy!
Pinault's Plan: More Vigilance Than a Flerken Guarding a Tesseract!
Kering's CEO François Henri Pinault is talking about "increasing vigilance." Sounds like he's ready to defend the brand like a Flerken guarding a Tesseract! He's convinced they'll come out stronger. Well that's what *all* the villains say before I punch them into next Tuesday.
Demna Drama! Can a New Designer Fix the Fashion Fiasco?
They appointed a new artistic director for Gucci Demna Gvasalia. But the stock price dropped after the announcement because of some past controversies. Yikes! Looks like even in fashion you can't escape your past. Talk about a rough start! Can he bring the magic or is this just a fancy distraction from the real issues? Only time (and sales figures) will tell!

Perhaps a bit of superheroic intervention is needed?
