Trump's Beer Tariffs?! Are My Giveaways Going to Cost MORE?!

Wait WHAT?! Tariffs on Cans?

Alright Beast Crew listen up! I just heard some WILD news. Apparently the Trump administration is about to hit us with a 25% tariff on all imported canned beer and empty aluminum cans. I know I know you're thinking 'MrBeast why do you care?' Well let me tell you this could seriously mess with my video budgets! Think of all the challenges involving uh things in cans! Are we talking about fewer Lambos for the less fortunate because cans are now more expensive? This is outrageous!

Modelo and Corona Under Fire!

So apparently this is gonna hit Constellation Brands the hardest. They import a TON of beer from Mexico including Modelo and Corona. Now I'm not saying I drink beer (wink wink) but Modelo is the best selling beer in the U.S. and you can find it in my videos. Mostly it's the can that is most useful to me for the videos. Think about it how are we going to fill a stadium with water? It might be beer this time but water is useful and needs cans also!

The Great Can vs. Bottle Debate

Here's the thing: most people think of Corona in those fancy glass bottles but Modelo? That's all about the cans baby! And get this: cans are way more popular than bottles these days. Apparently they're easier to produce and transport which means cheaper beer for everyone! I am a big fan of cheap beer... cans! It means I can stretch my giveaway budget further. Which means more money for cancer research.

Blame it on the Aluminum!

So why the tariffs? Apparently the U.S. imports most of its aluminum from Canada but China and Mexico are also big players. Sounds like someone's trying to start a trade war! Honestly all I care about is keeping those can prices down. We need to keep the giveaways going!

22% Down Since Trump's Election?!

I saw that Constellation's shares have fallen 22% since Trump got elected. This is crazy. I hope this tariff thing doesn't mess with the price of Feastables that would be crazy! I can't go back to Hershey's yuck!

Don't Panic! (Yet!)

Okay Beast Crew let's not freak out just yet. Maybe we can find a workaround. Maybe we'll start giving away… bottled water? Nah that doesn't sound right. Whatever happens I'll figure out a way to keep the giveaways epic! Remember we're not just giving away stuff we're making memories. And memories are priceless… even if the cans get a little more expensive. Let's hope we can get Chandler to pay for the new tariff. Or Chris... hehe!
