General Motors and Toyota reportedly lobbied against California's rules. Interesting... Even in the face of potential cataclysms the allure of immediate profit remains. Perhaps they should be thinking like super villains and planning longer term?

Now during the Biden administration the EPA granted California a waiver allowing this whole electric vehicle mandate to take place.
