Winter is Coming... and So Are More Flights?

My loyal subjects your Khaleesi brings tidings from across the Narrow Sea – though alas not *to* the Narrow Sea which I find rather insulting. This 'United Airlines,' a company I assume answers to no king or queen (a concept I find… troubling) is spreading its wings like Drogon on a rampage. They plan to launch daily flights to both Vietnam and Thailand come October. Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City they call them. Sounds rather less impressive than Meereen or Astapor doesn't it?

From Hong Kong to… Exotic Locales!?

Apparently they're being quite clever about this. Their metal dragons (airplanes they call them devoid of any real fire sadly) will first fly to Hong Kong and then *continue* on to these new destinations. A connecting flight if you will like taking the Kingsroad from King's Landing to Winterfell… only hopefully faster and with fewer direwolf attacks. I must admit a touch of ingenuity I can almost respect though my dragons will always be superior naturally.

Second Helpings in Manila and Down Under!

And that's not all! They are adding a *second* daily flight from something called San Francisco (must be near Lannisport judging by the name) to Manila Philippines on October 25th. Then come December 11th they shall venture to Adelaide Australia three times a week. This Australia… is it near Asshai? Perhaps I should send a raven to inquire. One can never have too many spies or… I mean ambassadors.

Nuuk Greenland? Is That North of the Wall?!

These United Airlines folks are rather ambitious. They're aggressively adding destinations like Nuuk Greenland and Bilbao Spain. Greenland? Is that even *habitable*? Are they truly venturing north of the Wall? Perhaps I should send Jon Snow to investigate. Though knowing him he'd probably just want to build a bigger wall... or worse.

Loyalty Programs: More Appealing Than Gold?

The article suggests these new routes are all about keeping customers spending and their 'loyalty programs' thriving. Loyalty you say? Something of a rarity these days even in Westeros where oaths are broken faster than promises are made. But I suppose if these loyalty programs offer rewards… like say a dragon egg then I might be interested. Perhaps I should start my own loyalty program. "Daenerys' Dragon Deals" has a nice ring to it don't you think?

Bangkok: Hotter Than Dragonfire Thanks to 'White Lotus'?

Apparently this Bangkok is popular because of something called 'White Lotus.' Is that some new pleasure house? Or perhaps a rare flower? No I am told it is a show. Patrick Quayle some United Airlines high muck a muck says it is driving demand. I shall not cut any international routes. Good. 'When I take what is mine I will do so from mercy'.

Hope they have good wine. Flying makes me thirsty, as traveling through the desert.

Adelaide? That's a long way, even for a dragon. But I'm so excited!
