Listen even I Cristiano Ronaldo am deeply saddened by the news coming out of India. A Boeing Dreamliner... gone. SIII! I mean life is like a penalty shootout you never know what's coming. But this? This is a different kind of pain. My thoughts are with everyone affected the families the loved ones... everyone. This isn't about football this is about humanity. I feel gutted as if I have missed a penalty in the 90+7 minute. No one deserves this.

I know from experience how important family is. This tragedy is much bigger than any game that I have ever played!

The Investigation Begins: Justice Must Be Served

They're saying it could take months to figure out what happened. Months! People need answers now. The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board is sending a team which is good. But it needs to be thorough transparent. This isn't just about finding the cause it's about preventing this from ever happening again. I hope they apply themselves to the investigation with the same intensity as I do with my work. They need to give it 100 percent.

Air India's CEO Campbell Wilson says it's a difficult day. You think? My heart goes out to him and his team. They've been working hard to modernize to upgrade. This is a setback no doubt but they need to stay strong. As I always say your love makes me stronger your hate makes me unstoppable. Air India don't let this stop you!
