A Whole Lotta Zeros
So I hear these tech gurus – the OpenAI fellas Oracle Nvidia and Cisco – are teaming up to build some 'Stargate' AI campus out in the UAE. Ten square miles they say. Five gigawatts of power. Numbers bigger than my initial profits that's for sure. 'Transformative force,' Nvidia's CEO calls it. Well I know a thing or two about transformative forces and let me tell you a little blue sky can change everything. This whole AI thing... it’s like I always said 'I am in the empire business.' But instead of an empire built on crystal it's built on algorithms.
Respect The Chemistry
Trump's mitts are all over this deal too. Apparently he was schmoozing in the Middle East shaking hands and promising AI advancements like they’re campaign promises. Now I'm no politician but I know how to make a deal. You need respect you need chemistry. And maybe a little fear. Heh. This G42 outfit is supposedly managing a 1 gigawatt compute cluster for OpenAI and Oracle. All this talk of gigawatts... makes me miss the days of simple volts and amps. Simpler times when the biggest problem was hiding a superlab in the middle of nowhere.
Chips and Salsa
Nvidia’s throwing in the chips – literally. And Cisco's apparently wiring the whole shebang together. They’re aiming for a 200 megawatt cluster next year. Ambitious I’ll give them that. But ambition without execution? That's just a Monday morning. They remind me of Jesse all the enthusiasm in the world but sometimes needs a little… direction. Remember when I told Jesse 'We're not in the meth business we're in the empire business'? These guys need to think bigger than just a campus. They need to think about legacy.
The Heisenberg Principle of AI
OpenAI's spouting off about 'strengthening U.S. infrastructure' and 'helping allies.' Sounds like a bunch of Jesse Pinkman level of lip service to me. This 'Stargate' project is just the tip of the iceberg apparently. A multi billion dollar venture to rival my own empire back in the day. Except instead of cooking in an RV they're crunching numbers in air conditioned towers. It’s a whole new ballgame but the principles remain the same: respect the chemistry demand respect and always ALWAYS be Heisenberg.
I am the One Who Computes
A hundred billion dollars with plans for half a trillion more over the next few years. These tech boys are throwing money around like they're trying to launder it. I could have done a lot with that kind of capital. Imagine the purity... the distribution network... the empire! Of course I never needed quite that much. A little ingenuity a chemistry set and a healthy dose of 'Say my name' was all it took.
Remember My Name
They're even eyeing data centers in 16 states. Sixteen! I barely managed to keep one superlab hidden. This AI stuff is big bigger than I ever dreamed of. But remember this: technology changes formulas evolve but the underlying principle remains the same. You want power? You want respect? You need to be the best. And as far as I'm concerned there's only one Heisenberg. Now if you excuse me I have some science to attend to. The kind that doesn't involve servers and algorithms.
