Typical Terrans always with their messy financial schemes. It’s like watching a bunch of zerglings trying to understand quantum physics.

This 'Qualified Business Income deduction,' or QBI as they call it allows pass through businesses (sole proprietors partnerships S corps etc.) to deduct up to 20% of their eligible revenue. Not bad even for Zerg standards. But hold on this temporary boon is on the chopping block! One 'Dan Ryan' from some Terran law firm called Sullivan and Worcester moans that letting it expire would be 'very disruptive.' Disruptive? Try facing a brood of Hydralisks on an empty stomach buddy!

Terran Politics: A Comedy of Errors

Apparently the QBI deduction was created to give pass through businesses tax rates similar to corporations. But here's the kicker: while the QBI deduction sunsets the corporate tax cuts are *permanent*. Classic Terran fairness right? It’s like giving the Protoss a fully upgraded Mothership while the Zerg are stuck with just a handful of Zerglings. Unacceptable!

Priorities people!

Critics also complain that the QBI deduction mostly benefits the wealthy. However millions of middle income taxpayers are also claiming it. Some Democrats are eager to see it expire but President Biden has promised to extend Trump's tax breaks only for those making less than $400,000. Sounds like the usual political squabbling. The real question is: can these Terran politicians get their act together or will they let this 'tax cliff' obliterate countless businesses? Time will tell. But remember the Swarm is always watching.
