So this Judge Breyer right? Thinks Trump's gone a little overboard federalizing the California National Guard. Claims it's 'illegal,' exceeding his authority. Says the protests ain't exactly a rebellion. I mean maybe they just needed some better meth I mean motivation. Either way Breyer wants Newsom back in charge. This whole thing reminds me of when I tried to take over Jesse's share of the business. Someone always thinks they know better don't they?

The Empire Strikes Back (and Appeals)

Of course Trump's team didn't just sit there and take it. They ran straight to the Ninth Circuit. Those guys temporarily blocked Breyer's order. Now they're gonna have a hearing. It's like watching a chess game except the pieces are people's lives. And maybe some blue meth is at stake. I’m just saying sometimes you have to break bad to make things right. Or at least interesting.
