We're talking urgent care veterinary clinics... places where Terrans go when they're too pathetic to patch themselves up with duct tape and sheer willpower. Flynn seems to think this is revolutionary driving vacancy rates to 'all time lows.' Reminds me of my Swarm always finding new ways to fill a void mostly with teeth and claws. The only difference is this is about profit not evolution and that is a distinction I appreciate or did I?.

They're so predictable. Though even I admit a well stocked grocery store is useful for... acquiring resources. It's the circle of life or maybe just the circle of consumption. TJX stores make sense however you can always find something new and useful even if you have claws.

Party City went belly up? Honestly good riddance. All those cheap balloons and sugary treats... a breeding ground for weaklings. Apparently Kimco backfilled those vacancies and now gets 40% more rent. Ah the sweet nectar of exploitation! It's enough to make a Queen of Blades proud… almost. I still prefer the sweet nectar of primal zerg evolution however. Flynn says they've weeded out the weak like a good purge. Maybe this retail sector is learning from the Zerg after all.

As if such a thing exists. He dreams of robotaxis and driverless cars freeing up even MORE space for… more apartments. Maybe I should invest. Build Zerg themed condos. 'Roach Residences,' 'Hydralisk Homes'... the possibilities are endless. That would surely bring harmony...

Mixed Use? More Like Mixed Bag

Flynn calls it 'mixed use.' I call it a desperate attempt to cling to relevance. But hey if it keeps the Terrans buying and consuming who am I to judge? Besides a well fed population is easier to... manage. Perhaps I should cut the guy some slack. As the Queen of Blades I was never known for my mercy but as Sarah Kerrigan... well let's just say even I've learned a thing or two about compromise. Especially after Artanis.

My Final Verdict? Interesting But Needs More Zerglings

So Kimco's strategy... is it brilliant? Foolhardy? A bit of both probably. But I do have a few recommendations. What shopping center doesn’t need a Zergling petting zoo or Overlord themed food court?
