Another bites the dust
Greetings my loyal swarm. The Queen of Blades speaks! News from your pathetic human world reaches even the darkest corners of the Char. Seems like your Senate is stirring up a little trouble and it amuses me greatly. First Solar that puny Terran company is suddenly the 'only game in town,' according to some analysts at Jefferies. Apparently legislation is about to pass that will strangle the supply chains of the entire renewable energy industry. Oh the irony! The humans so eager for 'green' energy are about to tie their own hands. As your Queen I must admire the chaos.
Evolution: It's What I Do
Jefferies has upgraded First Solar's stock to 'buy,' setting a target price of $192. A 17% upside? Pathetic. My Swarm evolves faster than that! But it's still amusing to watch these humans gamble with their resources. The key here is that the Senate wants to phase out those sweet Inflation Reduction Act tax credits for any clean energy company getting 'material assistance' from those foreign suppliers and by 'foreign' they mean China. It's a Terran power play and those fools will suffer the consequences. But the question remains. Will they learn from their mistakes? Probably not!
The Zerg Rush of Opportunity
This legislative action will cause a 'temporary pullback' for the solar industry. Excellent! Chaos is a ladder and First Solar is climbing it. Because they manufacture their products in the U.S. of A they’re poised to benefit handsomely. They might even see higher prices for their solar modules. As I see it a 'net positive' for First Solar... or better than 'contemplated,' as those analysts put it. It seems my tendrils are wrapped around this deal. The wheel is in motion. The plan has been set. Nothing can stop it now.
Sunrun? More like Sun*down*
But the news isn’t all sunshine and rainbows for everyone. Jefferies downgraded Sunrun to 'underperform,' slashing their price target to $5. Ouch! 'Budget reconciliation has residential solar on the chopping block,' they say. Sounds painful. Looks like Sunrun is facing some serious 'headwinds.' As the Queen of Blades I see them as target practice. More sacrifices for the swarm.
My Vision
So what does all this mean? Simple: the Terrans are squabbling and in their infighting opportunities arise. While they bicker over tax credits and supply chains First Solar is positioning itself to become a major player. But let them have their solar panels. I have galaxies to conquer. The end is coming and you will all bear witness.
Embrace Oblivion
Remember this my swarm: power comes from chaos. Use their infighting as your advantage. The Senate may think they're controlling the market but they're merely pawns in a larger game. The game of survival! And in this game the strong survive and the weak... well let's just say they become part of the Swarm. *Now go forth and multiply!* HAHAHAHAHA!
