Alright listen up you guys. Eric Cartman here reporting live from my freakin' couch. Turns out some dude named Yih Shyan "Wally" Liaw who helped start Super Micro is in deep doo doo. He's been indicted which means the government thinks he's been a bad boy. Apparently he's been smuggling Nvidia AI chips to China. Seriously what a dumbass. Doesn't he know who I am? I know people.

So here's the deal. This Liaw guy along with some other losers used a Southeast Asian company to make it look like they were using the servers but HA! They were shipping them to China. They even had fake paperwork and "dummy" servers trying to trick the compliance people including probably some dumb girl compliance officer and a U.S. export control officer. Total krap. It's like when Kyle tries to trick me into eating vegetables – doesn't work Kyle doesn't work.

And get this: they made around $2.5 BILLION in sales since 2024! All those servers with Nvidia GPUs went to China. The company didn't even have the right license to do that. That's like me not having permission to raid Kyle's mom's fridge – but I do it anyway! Respect my authoritah!

Administrative Leave? More Like 'Kick Their Asses'

Super Micro put Liaw and some other dude on administrative leave and stopped working with a contractor. Big freakin' deal. They also appointed some new compliance officer lady named DeAnna Luna who used to work at Intel. Probably another Kyle trying to tell me what to do. "Screw you guys I'm going home" oh wait that's what I used to say when I am done with my work but for this case I would say "Kick their asses and get back my money!".

Shares Tanked? Good They're All Butters

The company's shares plummeted 33%. Ha! Serves them right! They probably should have listened to me. I know everything. After all I am the smartest kid in South Park. It's like when Butters tries to give me financial advice – total disaster.

So Liaw had his day in court and got released on an unsecured bond. Another dude named Sun is having his hearing soon. This whole thing is a mess. But you know what I always say?
