Folks let me tell you this new guy in Iran this "New Regime President" he came crawling to us. Yes crawling. Asked for a ceasefire. Can you believe it? After all the tough talk? But we’re not just gonna hand it to them. No way. We're going to consider it… consider it *bigly*. Only if they open up the Strait of Hormuz. You know make it "open free and clear". That's what I said and I mean it. It's going to be amazing. The best deal ever.

The Strait of Hormuz: The Real Sticking Point

This Strait of Hormuz it’s a big deal. A very big deal. Everyone knows it. It’s where all the oil goes through. And they're blocking it. Can you believe it? So until they open it up we're not budging. We’re blasting them into oblivion or as they say back to the Stone Ages. That’s what we’re doing. Now they’re saying they didn’t ask for a ceasefire. What a joke. Total fake news. They always deny it. They are probably saying 'we want to make a deal' but you know what? I know them better than they know themselves okay? But we won’t make a deal unless it’s a great deal. A tremendous deal. The best deal ever. And it starts with opening that Strait.

Economic Turmoil: Blame Iran

All this economic turmoil? The fluctuations in global energy prices? That’s because of Iran blocking the Strait. It’s their fault. And we’re going to fix it. We will fix it so well that well you will see. You will all see and say 'Wow what a great job President Trump did'. It will be beautiful. The oil prices will drop down so low it will be amazing. They are a disaster it's all bad. But that's what we are dealing with.
