After flooding the Twin Cities with like a gazillion ICE and Border Patrol agents since December they're finally reducing the number of targets. Last week they yanked out 700 agents which is about 25%—still leaves like 2,000 trigger happy folks running around. Sounds like a party waiting to happen… or maybe not. Homan's been yapping about improved coordination with state and local leaders. He's patting everyone on the back for playing nice despite their political squabbles.
