Jagshemash my name is Borat and I bring you important news from the world's greatest country – well maybe not *my* country but this Accenture place is making big moves like Kazakhstan trying to become a major exporter of potassium. It seems this Accenture a very big company in the United States is telling its important people they must use AI tools. Otherwise no promotion. Is like saying 'If you no ride horse you no be Kazakh cowboy'. Very serious.

No AI No Promotion Very Nice

The FT – very serious newspaper not as serious as my documentary about U.S. and A. – reported that Accenture's associate directors and senior managers must adopt AI to move up. An Accenture spokesperson confirmed to CNBC which is like Kazakh TV but with more capitalism. They say it is about being the best partner for clients and using the newest technology. Very excite. The Upskilling and the Downsizing

But here is the kicker. In September Accenture said that if you cannot learn AI you get the axe. Like when I tried to learn American dating customs – total disaster. CEO Julie Sweet says everyone must 'retrain and retool'. They have already retrained 550,000 people. That's more than the entire population of my village many times over. But she also says that if they cannot retrain you they will 'exit' you. Is like saying 'Goodbye you are no longer useful tovarisch'.

Accenture is not just talking; they are putting their money where their mouth is – which is good because mouth is good for eating horse. They partnered with OpenAI the makers of ChatGPT and Anthropic the people behind Claude AI. They are training thousands of employees on these tools. They even partnered with Palantir so over 2,000 Accenture staff can get AI training. Is like giving everyone a high tech babushka.

Is AI the Future or Just a Fad?

Julie Sweet says that every CEO and board knows AI is important. But she also says that many companies are not ready for AI. Is like saying 'Everyone wants to ride a fast car but nobody knows how to drive'. So Accenture is betting big on AI hoping it will pay off. If not maybe they will all come to Kazakhstan and learn the ancient art of eagle hunting. Very nice.

Will AI Take Our Jobs or Make Us Better?

The question is will this AI revolution make us all better or will it take our jobs? In my village we still do everything by hand. Maybe we are behind or maybe we are just more… human. But one thing is for sure Accenture is making a big gamble. And as we say in Kazakhstan 'Success is like horse – you must ride it hard to win'.
