United Airlines with its fancy international routes is taking a bigger hit than Mini Me trying to dunk a basketball. Service to Tel Aviv usually a money spinner is kaput. And Dubai a crucial hub is also grounded. American Airlines and Delta are feeling the pinch too. Honestly it's almost enough to make a villain feel…sympathetic. Almost. Hotels and Cruises? Also Suffering! Yes!

Marriott and Hilton are feeling the sting. And those bloated cruise lines? Royal Caribbean Carnival and Norwegian are all sinking faster than a submarine with a screen door. It seems my underwater lair idea will have to remain just an idea for now. Perhaps I should buy the cruise lines? That way I can increase fuel costs to ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

Oil Prices: The REAL Villain?

I have long considered investing in oil futures but my advisors constantly warn me against it. Maybe I should listen to them for once... Nah!

International travel was the bright spot apparently. In January it jumped almost 6%. But with all these grounded planes and rising costs is it sustainable? I say...who cares. Let's face it: if they do not travel then where will they spend their money. That's right: with me.
