He's calling out Trump's administration over this whole fuel blockade situation with Cuba. Apparently Moscow isn't too thrilled with the U.S. squeezing the island nation like a loot piñata. Trump never one to mince words slapped tariffs on anyone supplying Havana with oil labeling the Cuban government as an "unusual and extraordinary threat." The UN is legit worried about Cuba's dwindling oil supply.
