Smithers Release the Recusal Motion
Excellent. It seems Mr. Musk or that upstart as I like to call him is attempting to remove a judge from his Tesla cases. My spies tell me he believes this McCormick woman showed bias. Bias you say? I know all about bias. I'm biased towards making more money and crushing my enemies naturally. This judge apparently gave a 'like' to some social media post that dared criticize Mr. Musk. Preposterous. One must control the narrative or have Smithers do it for you of course.
The Perils of Social Media
This so called "LinkedIn" sounds like a terrible waste of time. People sharing their thoughts? Unthinkable. Back in my day we controlled the means of communication. Now these youngsters with their "internet" and their "emoji" think they can undermine a titan of industry with a mere click. I must admit it's concerning. It seems Tesla is facing turbulent times; for a deeper dive read Tesla Navigates China EV Market Amidst Price Wars and New Regulations. They should focus on what truly matters: appeasing me Charles Montgomery Burns.
A History of Judicial Setbacks
McCormick eh? That name is familiar. Ah yes she's the one who dared to challenge Mr. Musk's and by extension my own ambitions. She initially ruled against his massive pay package. An outrage. A grave injustice. It was later overturned thankfully. But the audacity. It seems this woman has a penchant for disrupting the natural order of things which is of course me sitting atop the hierarchy.
Texas Exit Strategy
I hear Mr. Musk moved his businesses out of Delaware. A wise decision. Why subject oneself to the whims of these...judges? Texas Nevada anywhere but here. The only court I respect is the court of public opinion and even then that's easily manipulated with a little…*cough*…strategic investment in media outlets. Perhaps I should buy Twitter too. Excellent.
The Artificial Intelligence Threat
This xAI venture is rather intriguing but I remain skeptical. Artificial intelligence you say? Sounds like a bunch of hooey. Still control of new technology is critical. One must always be ahead of the curve even if the curve leads to Skynet. Imagine the possibilities! An army of robot workers slaving away for Burns Industries. Smithers look into acquiring this…xAI. "Release the hounds...of innovation."
A Question of Fair Compensation
Ultimately this all boils down to money. My money and how dare anyone question how it's spent. Mr. Musk's $56 billion pay package? Chump change. I spend more than that on my daily dose of Plutonium. The audacity to suggest such a thing is excessive. These people simply don't understand the burdens of being fabulously wealthy. It's a heavy cross to bear I assure you. Now where's my prune juice?
