Here's the deal: TSA agents aren't getting paid. Airports are getting swamped. Congress is... well doing whatever it is they do best which usually involves a lot of talking and not a lot of actual progress. The result? This isn't exactly new territory. We've seen these funding standoffs before and they usually end the same way: with a last minute scramble to pay the people who keep the gears of society turning.
