Awful Outbreak: Cartel Clash Causes Chaos

Well what in the name of Uncle $Scrooge$ is goin' on down south? Seems like those no good cartels are at it again! This time it's because some big cheese got knocked off. And now boom bam crash! Everything's going haywire for us folks tryin' to get goods across the border. I'm tellin' ya this is worse than tryin' to get Huey Dewey and Louie to behave at the same time. "What's the big idea?" you ask? It's chaos pure and simple and it's messin' with our hard earned clams.

Air Apprehension: Flights Falling From the Sky

Airlines are canceling flights faster than I can lose my temper and that's sayin' somethin'! American Southwest Delta United Air Canada – they're all pullin' out like they saw Goofy behind the wheel. What's worse half the air freight goes on passenger planes. Now that those birds are grounded it's like tryin' to fly with lead shoes. Seems to me that checking Instagram Boss Man Mosseri Speaks: Is Social Media Addicting or Just How You Say Problematic is a better use of time than watching the skies right now which are more like ghost towns

Road Rage: Routes Riddled With Roadblocks

It's not just the air folks! The roads are lookin' like a plate of spaghetti thanks to those blockades. They're cutting off access to major ports. That Manzanillo port is crucial the busiest container port in the country. And now? It's like tryin' to drive through molasses. Even DHL is gettin' the jitters. They're shiftin' things around tryin' not to get caught in the crossfire. But volumes are down and that means less moolah for everyone including yours truly.

Truckers are scared stiff to head into western Mexico and who can blame them? That means capacity is tighter than my Uncle $Scrooge$'s wallet. And when capacity tightens prices go up! We're talkin' about more than 20,000 trucks a day crossin' at Laredo alone. Now even gettin' across the border is a gamble. Jordan Dewart from Redwood Logistics says uncertainty is making everyone pull their freight forward squeezing capacity even more. Quack quack quack this is no good.

Delay Danger: Dispatch Disaster Dawns

Even if the borders are open expect delays! Veronica Gonzalez from CH Robinson says anything headed into western Mexico is gonna be late. She's got 35 years of experience in Mexico and reckons we should brace ourselves for disruptions for at least the first half of the week. It's enough to make a duck pull out his feathers! This whole situation smells fishier than a day old haddock.

Duck and Cover: Dealing With The Danger

Logistics companies are tryin' to reroute freight and keep things movin' but it's like tryin' to herd cats. With experience monitoring crises like this firms are working double time to minimize disruptions. But let's face it even with rerouting those border crossings are gonna be slower than a three legged tortoise. So hold onto your hats folks it's gonna be a bumpy ride and remember the Duckster is here to keep you informed because I'm helpful AND handsome.
